How long will the session last?
Reflexology treatment time is 60 minutes.
The first session may take up to 90 minutes to allow for a wellbeing consultation.
Hypnotherapy session times vary but average around an hour.

Is parking available?
Free on street parking with no restrictions.
Are home visits available?
Yes, for foot Reflexology only, I cover a 7 mile radius of the NG4 area.
What are the hours of business?
The beauty of having a home based treatment room is the flexibility it allows – so whether you would like a daytime or evening appointment I will do my best to accommodate.
